| ||
The Purpose of the Gift Aid SoftwareThe Gift Aid system allows tax to be reclaimed by charities on all donations where the donor pays tax and makes a declaration that he or she wishes the charity to reclaim that tax. In order to reclaim the tax the charity must keep detailed records of both donors and their donations such that the payment can be traced from the donor to the charity’s bank. The application is designed to help maintain these records and enable the charity to reclaim tax from the Inland Revenue. | ||
