Children are warmly welcomed at St Mary’s and we look forward to meeting you & your family!

Junior Church takes place in Church House on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Sundays of the month.

We all start in church together at 930 for an introduction and greeting from the vicar which reminds us hpw great it is to be part of a family which is made up of various ages and people who are different and similar to us! We then go through into Church House where all ages of children think, play and talk together about a theme from the readings of the day. It's fun, interactive and energetic! 

We always have one leader who can look after small babies in a creche area: however, as much as possible we try to keep the children together no matter what their age so they can build friendships with children of different ages.  

Junior Church lasts approximately 30 minutes and children & leaders re-join the church service before the Eucharist.
